
Served as one of the lead organizers for the Seattle Equity Summit (2019 in person; 2020 and 2021 virtual), a community-led convening created under the vision of C’Ardiss (CC) Gardner Gleser that brought together more than 500 participants to deepen racial equity practice and strengthen cross-sector relationships across government, nonprofit, philanthropy, and business.
Led end-to-end planning and execution for a $500K convening budget, including program design, speaker recruitment, accessibility supports, communications, and post-convening learning and evaluation. In 2020, the summit successfully transitioned from an in-person gathering to a fully virtual convening, bringing together more than 500 participants online.
The 2021 program centered the theme “Art as Revolution and Social Justice,” highlighting artists, organizers, and cultural workers whose work advances racial equity and community transformation. The Art and Culture Showcase featured diverse voices including Juliet Le (Program Officer, Satterberg Foundation), artists, and community organizers.
