AAPIP Seattle Chapter Gathering at Inscape Building
AAPIP Seattle Chapter

Alongside partners-in-organizing, Juliet dreamed up this workshop for AAPIP—an AAPIP Seattle Chapter gathering for AANHPI and WOC leaders in philanthropy to create together, nurture connection, and move money home to community, creativity, and local WOC owned businesses.
The gathering was held inside the historic Inscape Building. The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) building had bars on its windows and it determined the fates of countless people, issuing green cards and passports while also detaining and deporting thousands. Today it has transformed into a haven for artists, makers, and dreamers. A living reminder that our stories of arrival, belonging, and becoming are still unfolding.
